Exclusivas Sarabia - Palletizing of phutosanitary products
This firm, located in Alpicat (Lleida), produces and commercialises phytosanitary products, some of them supplied in sacks of 5 kg and 25 kg.
TMI has proposed a ROBOSAC P4 gantry-type palletising line with central clamp. Because it works with sacks that are not completely full, the vertical-deposition clamp allows the mouths of the sacks to be overlapped, ensuring optimal verticality and stability of the pallet.
The palletising station is fully automatic. The pallets are deposited inside the gantry by means of the cart, which has muting safety systems, and are removed in the same way once they are loaded.
The production capacity of the line is around 4 T/h.
