The automatic palletising line we supplied to the HORMIDIS company for its plant in Orihuela, Alicante, is now working at full performance.
From the outset, the project involved considerable technical difficulties due to the nature of the product to be palletised: concrete separators used in the building industry during shuttering operations, supplied in open-mouth plasticised raffia sacks.

The size, density and variety of shapes of these separators mean that palletising them is technically complex.
The installation consists of a palletising cell with a P4 anthropomorphic robot. The planned production capacity of the entire line is 400 x
The sack is carried from the bag-making machine on a conveyor belt and is shaped by a track of motorised square rollers which distribute the product evenly within the sack. In this way, the pallet is stacked in the best conditions of stability.
