ILERPROTEIN- Palletizing line for dehydrated lucerne

The company Ilerprotein, S.L., belongs to the VENSO Group, a producer of dehydrated alfalfa, located in Almacellas (Lleida).

Its palletising line of alfalfa pellets in industrial sacks, supplied by TMI (productions of 1,050 x 25 kg sacks/hour and 900 x 40 kg sacks/hour), incorporates an ILERPAL palletiser prepared for handling pallets up to 2,700 mm high.

A special feature is that one of the layer-shaping end-stops – the one opposite the sack entry – folds down and allows the sacks to pass through the palletiser to a roller chute that deposits them onto the truck-loading belt.

We should also mention the versatility of the installation for handling different sack formats – in this case, 25 kg and 40 kg – the adjustments being made in a matter of seconds to maximise the line’s production capacity.
