MONOGRAN - Palletizing of mortars
In this company’s plant in Cabra (Córdoba), we have just started up a palletising line of dry mortar in paper valve sacks.
The palletiser is a high-level ILERPAL model with a mobile platform that works by pushing the layers and shaping their tops and sides.
At the entry to the palletiser, each sack is shaped by a free-roller flattener. The sacks are then turned by means of a flap-type system to form the various palletising mosaics.
