TMI Robosac range

TMI, a company specialising in sack-palletising lines, has developed a new range of palletisers, ROBOSAC 800 and ROBOSAC 1000, that operate by means of the top-loading method with moving pallet, combining to perfection the best qualities of conventional high-level palletisers with the versatility of palletising robots that operate by means of clamp handling.

Thanks to the robotised handling system, the sacks are deposited with great precision on the layer-forming platform. Once the four sides have been shaped, the complete layers are transferred to the pallet in progress.

The Robosac 800 and Robosac 1000 palletisers provide optimal solutions to palletising problems that limit the use of other systems: problems such as pallets of considerable height, unstable products, large-sized sacks requiring overlapping, part-empty sacks, restricted space availability, etc.

TMI’s experience and command of activation techniques enables it to guarantee smooth, silent, reliable and extremely precise operation, all complemented with an interactive control system of the machine that is simple and easy to operate.

And of course, TMI continues to be a point of reference in palletising sacks, with its ILERPAL 1200 top-loading layer-pushing models, its ROBOSAC P4 gantry-type palletisers for small-scale productions and its versatile ROBOT P4 and ROBOT P6 palletising units based on industrial robots.
