ARENES BELLPUIG - Palletizing of dry mortars, sands and garbles
TMI, S.L. has put into service an ILERPAL 1800 palletiser for the firm Arenes Bellpuig, whose plant is located in the town of the same name in the province of Lleida.
This palletiser is designed to achieve a real production of 2,000 sacks/hour. The sacks that reach the palletising station can be of two types:
a) Paper valve sacks: for dry mortar.
b) PE sacks from flat spool: for aggregates and cement.
Since the physical characteristics of the two packagings are so different, a special shaping system has been incorporated that is valid for both types of sacks.
A notable feature is the sack-turning unit, patented by TMI, of the flap type with built-in sideways movement, for achieving optimal productions and a perfect finish for the packaging.
The result is a pallet loaded in optimal conditions of stability and finish.
