HARICANA - Palletizing and stretch wrapping of wheat flour in Gran Canaria

The company Harinera Canaria, S.A., whose plant is located in Agüimes (Gran Canaria), has placed its trust in TMI’s experience in the milling sector for the installation of an automatic palletizing and stretch-wrapping line for paper-valve sacks of flour.

This line is composed of an ILERPAL model top-loading palletizer which handles the sacks by pushing them sideways and pressing them on the top and sides, for formats of 25 and 40 kg. The loaded pallets are then transported by means of rollers to a KEOPS model automatic turntable stretch-wrapper.

The capacity of the palletizing and stretch-wrapping line is around 900 sacks/hour.
