Cerexagri - Palletizing of phytosanitary products

A new automatic palletising line for phytosanitary products has recently been supplied to the CEREXAGRI group through its subsidiary in Spain, DEQUISA, for its Sabiñánigo plant.

A special mention should be made of the difficulty of the application due to the physical characteristics of the product (extremely fluidified), which makes it necessary to use defluidification systems during packaging and results in a partly-filled sack.

For this reason, the choice was a ROBOSAC 800 palletiser, which combines the virtues of a push-bar layer palletiser and side and top shaping, with the versatility of the robotised sack-handling clamp.

In this way, an optimal finish of the pallet is achieved, since all the layers are correctly positioned both horizontally and vertically, and the fact of depositing the sacks with a clamp allows them to be overlapped as they are not completely full.

The result is a pallet that is optimal in stability and aesthetic finish.
