Palletizing and Stretch-Wrapping potatoes in Germans Barri S.L.

An ILERPAL model top-loading palletizer and a KEOPS model turntable stretch-wrapper work at full performance on the premises of GERMANS BARRI, in Mercabarna (Barcelona), handling sacks of potatoes of 10, 15, 20 and 25 kg.

 

Both the palletizer and the stretch-wrapper incorporate a series of special mechanisms for handling the sacks of potatoes safely and securely.

 

In the case of the ILERPAL palletizer:

  • Special pallet height up to 2 metres.
  • Flap-type self-adjusting bag-turning system permitting productions of up to 1500 sacks/hour.
  • Double layer-pusher grille.
  • Inner mould with opening doors.

 

In the case of the KEOPS stretch-wrapper:
