The firm Transports i Cereals Bernaus, based in Montgai (Lleida), carries out the production and sale of cereals in 25 kg and 40 kg paper and PP bags.

TMI has suggested a palletizing line based around a ROBOSAC P4 Cartesian palletizer with a central handling clamp.

The palletizing station is totally automated, with the pallets being deposited within it by means of roller transporters and removed in the same way once loaded.

The line’s production rate is around 400 bags per hour.
