HARINAS SEGURA – WEIGHT CHECKING AND PALLETIZING OF FLOURS BY MEANS OF A ROBOSAC P4 CARTESIAN PALLETIZER

The company Harinas Segura – Molí de Picó, with a plant in the town of Torrent (Valencia), has placed its trust in TMI’s experience in the milling sector and installed an automated palletizing line for flours in paper valve bags in 25 kg and 40 kg formats.

For this application, TMI has supplied a ROBOSAC P4 Cartesian palletizer, which handles the bags coming from bagging units that have previously passed along an ILERCHECK continuous belt weigher.

After the passing along the belt weigher, the bags are conditioned by means of a motorised belt flattener, for subsequent bag-by-bag palletizing with the robotised handling clamp.

ROBOSAC P4 Cartesian palletizer easily fits into factories with small spaces and provides a capacity of around 420 bags per hour.
