ILERFIL ABSD - New packer for fine products

Semi-automatic bagging line suitable for food industry, fine chemicals, and any other application where high weighing accuracy and easy cleaning tasks at product change are required.

Special attention has been paid at design in order to avoid any corners where product rests could accumulate and cause cross-contaminations.

Dosing system is composed by an only screw driven by frequency inverter to allow two-phases dosing cycle; coarse and fine feed, optimizing both speed and accuracy this way.

ILERFIL ABSD has been created for handling of extremely fine and aireated products.

End-of-weight cut-off valve runs once dosing screw stops avoiding uncontrolled flowing of product. Maximum accuracy for dose is assured this way.

Screw ball-bearing is coupled separately from main body in order to avoid contamination.

Machine incorporates inspection and clearing door at screw fall.

Parts in touch with product are built in polished stainless steel to avoid adherences.

Deairation rod allows product densification inside the bag for its next closing and palletizing. So, there is no need to wait for air loosing by product settling this way.

Installation incorporates the necessary de-dusting nozzles. These should be connected to its corresponding de-dusting filter.

An intuitive and users friendly touch screen offers the necessary information concerning weighing and manoeuvre to the operator.
