Palletizing of premixes for animal food in paper bags by means of cartesian palletizer mod. ROBOSAC P4

Company COVITSA – Correctores Vitamínicos, S.A. – with offices and plant in Lleida (Spain) produces and trades with vitamin premixes for animal food in 20kg, 25kg and 30kg paper bags.

 

TMI proposed a palletizing line mod. ROBOSAC P4 with central gripper. Supply also includes a set of transport belts and bag pushers to deliver the bags coming from 2 separate existing packers.

 

Palletizing function – bags pick and place - is fully automatic. Operator places empty pallets and removes loaded ones by means of trucklift.

 

Output capacity of the line is 400 bags/hour.
