Palletizing of painting buckets – separate and shrink packs - by means of a 4-axes industrial robot mod ROBOT P4 and turntable stretch wrapper mod. KEOPS.
TMI has just started up a fully automatic robot palletizing cell for painting in PE buckets for the company PINTURAS RODAFUERTE with offices and plant in La Roda,
Robot option has been chosen because of different existing lines and formats. It handles buckets from 3 lit to 22 lit, shrink packs of 4 buckets and empty pallets with same gripper.
Robot receives buckets from 2 separate filling lines and simultaneously confections a different pallet for each product. Both palletizing points are collected into a turntable stretch wrapper mod. Keops.
Palletizing station has been designed to achieve 1200 buckets/hour.
