KEOPS - Automatic turntable stretch wrapper

KEOPS 2400 is an automatic rotary-base baler, ideal for incorporating into any TMI palletising line.

Principal modules:

-          Turntable: incorporates the film cutting and sealing system. The roller track is placed on it.

-          Vertical column that support and carries the spool of film: it incorporates the control cabinet and the touch-screen operator interface.

Characteristics:

-          Continuous pre-stretching control in contrast with systems with gear ratio. Limitation according to the pre-stretching capacity of the film.

-          Elimination of queuing caused by the fall of excess film at the start of the baling cycle.

- Continuous control of film tension.

- Sealing system built into the turntable.

-          Very compact units, permitting siting in restricted spaces.

- Sealing against bucking bar to avoid peeling of film.

- Four frequency inverters to guarantee smoothness and precision of the movements.

- Double roping to complete the baling cycle.

- Sealing of the roping.

- Baling also of the wooden base of the pallet.

- Full-colour dialogue screen with a very intuitive menu for the main adjustments.

- Control cabinet built into the main column.

- Various sizes of table to adapt the units to each type of pallet.

- Profibus-type communications.

- Installation in ATEX explosive atmospheres.
