Turntable: roller conveyor placed onto this. It incorporates cutting and sealing group.

Vertical column: support and guide for roll of film. Control cabinet and touch-screen interface for user are integrated within.

Characteristics:

Electronic pre-stretch intelligent system.
No tails of film.
Continuous control for film tension.
Sealing system integrated on the turning table.
Compact size, easy placing on reduced spaces. Separate column which allows 4 different possible configurations.
Counter plate heat sealing device.
Fully equipped with frequency inverters to ensure accurate and smooth operations.
Double roping once wrapping cycle is over
Wrapping of base pallet.
Full colour touch-screen interface for main adjustment.
Control cabinet within main column.

Option:

Telescopic top cover sheet dispenser – see detail pictures below -. It allows maximum protection for all 5 pallet sides.
