TMI CELEBRATES ITS 25TH ANNIVERSARY WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION LOOKING TO THE FUTURE

A unique gathering to celebrate the journey so far, share achievements, and strengthen the forward-looking vision that unites us.

From May 6 to 8, TMI held its first commercial convention at its headquarters in Lleida. But this was no ordinary convention: it coincided with the company’s 25th anniversary, giving each meeting, presentation, and conversation a special meaning.

Over the course of three days, more than 50 people from commercial delegations around the world shared experiences, goals, and insights in a convention that combined analysis, strategy, and celebration.

A roadmap for continued growth
The convention offered the opportunity to present the company’s main milestones from recent years and to share its future vision. Topics included key business figures and sales volume, international presence and market evolution, portfolio expansion, ongoing R&D+i efforts, as well as the new commercial methodology and marketing tools.

All of this with a clear focus on innovation and continuous improvement — values that have been part of TMI’s DNA from the very beginning.

Beyond the numbers: a shared celebration
In addition to work sessions, this convention was above all a collective celebration. A chance to strengthen bonds, appreciate the path taken, and look ahead with renewed energy.

The agenda included site visits, team-building activities, informal gatherings, and a commemorative dinner where memories, anecdotes, and motivation to keep moving forward were shared.

Highlights included visits to the Seu Vella in Lleida — one of the city’s most iconic landmarks — and to a traditional olive oil mill, offering participants a chance to connect with the culture, history, and roots of the region where TMI was born.

More than a convention, a story that continues
This event also served to commemorate TMI’s 25-year journey:
A story that began in Lleida and now includes a presence in 52 countries, more than 120 team members, and 75% of production destined for export. A story defined by innovation, quality, and global connection.
