Benefits

Productions of up to 1000 bags/hour, depending on palletizing patterns and number of layers.
Vertical bag elevator, which saves space compared to the usual inclined infeed conveyor to the palletizer.
Robotic clamp on Cartesian axes for mosaic formation with overlapping.
Layer formation is done directly on the pallet. The pallet remains fixed on the roller conveyor while the forming gate rises with each completed layer.
Double layer-forming gate with polyethylene-coated (PE-1000) bag sliding zones, for better layer movement onto the pallet.
Motorized side and front forming stops, actuated via dual rack system.
Top layer pressing system compresses each layer against floating upper platforms.
Pallet centering on the fixed roller conveyor beneath the gates.
Automatic pallet dispenser, infeed and outfeed transport via roller conveyors.
