An Aragonese cooperative with over 40 years’ experience in the production of compound feed, a leader in the agri-food sector and committed to farm profitability, food safety and the development of rural areas.
Challenge
Agropienso needed to modernise an obsolete bagging line, with outdated weighing systems, maintenance difficulties and productivity limitations. Furthermore, it had to address challenges such as serving small-scale livestock farmers, increasing contract manufacturing capacity and improving palletising stability.
Solution
TMI Bagging & Palletizing designed an automated line for Agropienso that includes bagging, palletising and strapping systems, improving efficiency and stability whilst reducing operating costs. The solution increased production without requiring additional space and ensured high precision and safety.
