Panificadora Conquense improves its palletizing efficiency with TMI

Panificadora Conquense continues to advance in the automation of its plant with the aim of increasing production capacity, improving pallet stability and strengthening the efficiency of its end-of-line process.

To achieve this, the company placed its trust in TMI Bagging & Palletizing and in an automatic palletizing solution based on the ILERPAL W, a layer palletizer designed to operate in highly demanding industrial lines, ensuring operational continuity, precision in pallet formation and greater safety during the transport of bags.

Automation to support production growth

In this success story, brothers Enrique and Félix Honrubia, representatives of Panificadora Conquense, explain how the integration of the ILERPAL W automatic palletizer from TMI Bagging & Palletizing has enabled them to increase production capacity, improve pallet stability and optimize the efficiency of their end-of-line process.

In the flour milling sector, the end of line plays a key role in the overall efficiency of the plant. Producing more is not enough: it is also necessary to ensure that bags are correctly palletized, with stable, well-formed loads ready for handling, storage and transport.

Panificadora Conquense needed to increase its palletizing capacity and improve pallet consistency in order to support the growth of its production. The objective was clear: to automate the process without compromising load stability or line reliability.

The solution developed by TMI made it possible to integrate a system adapted to the plant’s needs, with an optimized configuration to improve layer formation, reduce logistics incidents and ensure continuous operation.

ILERPAL W: High-performance automatic palletizing

The project was based on the installation of the ILERPAL W, an automatic layer palletizer especially suited to bagging lines that require high capacity, stability and precision.

Thanks to this solution, Panificadora Conquense can reach production rates of up to 1,200 bags per hour, while maintaining a solid and uniform pallet formation. The overlapping layer configuration helps improve load stability and reduce risks during transport, a fundamental aspect for bagged products such as flour.

In addition, the project was carried out in close collaboration between the teams of Panificadora Conquense and TMI, including preliminary tests, technical validation and support during commissioning.
