Griffith Foods automates its bagging process to ensure food safety
An advanced bagging solution that combines hygiene, flexibility and high performance in demanding food industry environments.

Automation of the packaging line using FFS technology to ensure food safety, improve operational efficiency and optimise cleaning processes.
Client
Griffith Foods
A global company specialising in the production of food ingredients, with an international presence and high standards in safety and innovation.
Challenge
Needed to modernise an obsolete bagging line, which had maintenance issues and low productivity, to increase capacity, improve palletising and reduce breakages, adapting to new market demands.
Solution
Development of a complete automated line featuring high-precision bagging (up to 700 bags/h), robotic palletising that improves capacity and stability without requiring additional space, and automatic strapping that reduces breakages and operating costs.
Project development
The objective: to transform bagging into a safe, flexible and efficient process.
The project was developed in close collaboration between both teams:
- Food safety risk analysis
- Design focused on validatable cleanliness
- Adaptation to multiple product types
This project demonstrates how automation, combined with a hygiene-oriented design, can redefine food safety and efficiency standards in the industry.
Comprehensive
solution
Up to 1600 bags/hour
